   The more your life is packed with deadlines and stress, the more you’ll benefit from taking time out to just ‘be’ in the moment.Clear your mind of everything that’s gone by and everything that’s to come.For a moment, just ‘be.’ It will ground you and help you put everything else back into perspective.Today’s Affirmation: Each day I clear my mind and appreciate the moment I am in.
