If I look back over my life so far, I’m certainly not where I expected to be 10, 20 or 30 years ago - a fact I am INCREDIBLY grateful for - but if I’m honest, I’m not where I expected to be 10, 20 or 30 days ago either, and I’m grateful for that too). Life flows, and life changes, and we can put our effort and energy into trying to keep things as they were, or how we wanted them to be, or, we can put that energy into extracting every single bit of gratitude and growth from where we are now….Today’s Affirmation:My thoughts are positive and self-empowering.
