Less well-known than its flashy younger (or is that older?) sibling, January 2nd is arguably one of the most important days of the year. If you started a new habit yesterday, then today is the day when that change either withers in the face of your normal routine, or continues and turns from a single day into a continuing streak. Alternatively, if the good intention planned for yesterday never quite materialized because you gave yourself a pass, then today will determine whether you actually begin, or let it fade away to become another one of those good ideas that never quite became reality. Yes, today, January 2nd 2022, has the potential to be one of the most important days of the year….Today’s Affirmation: I will make this day and everyday the best I can.
